Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers a convenient location in Taksim Square with tidy, large, and comfy rooms, making it ideal for travelers. The service is polite and attentive, enhancing the overall experience. However, the dining experience could be improved in terms of freshness and variety.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were clean and nicely designed with a good free wifi connection, but unfortunately, there were noisy kids in a neighboring room that disturbed our sleep for four nights. The service was a bit inconsistent, with some helpful staff members like Murat and Enis but also some rude behavior. The location was ideal for those who enjoy partying and shopping but was quite loud due to nearby restaurants. The dining experience was shocking, and the facilities were lacking in some areas.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the rooms were clean and comfy, the noise from Istiklal Caddesi and the loud bathroom fan made it challenging. The service was friendly and polite, although there were some issues with requested wake-up calls. The location was convenient for partying and shopping on Istiklal Street, but it made it hard to sleep due to the noise. The dining options were not impressive, and the breakfast served outside was cold. Despite some shortcomings, the facilities were satisfactory.
The hotel's location is perfect for those who enjoy a modern, noisy street filled with bars, shops, and clubs like Istiklal street. The rooms, though comfortable and clean, are quite small for a double room. The service provided by Abdullah, Enis, and Fatih was polite and very helpful, making my stay pleasant. However, the dining experience with breakfast served outside was not special, and requests like wake-up calls were not properly handled. The facilities were average but could use improvement.
The hotel rooms are clean and designed in a Baroque style, providing a convenient stay in Taksim Square with a good free wifi connection. The service, despite occasional oversights, is polite and attentive, offering a satisfactory experience with a sincere apology. The location is vibrant, perfect for those who enjoy a bustling atmosphere near Istiklal Street. The dining experience, primarily Turkish traditional style, falls short in freshness and special offerings. The facilities, though not perfect, offer a decent overall stay.
